- 87 ranked visits and two N/A visits, preserving five category scores and personal tie-breaks.
- 51 state representatives: one per state plus D.C. Their comparison ranks are distinct from all-restaurants ranks.
- 1,975 viewer suggestion rows, grouped into 1,403 exact normalized name/city/state groups. Repeat submissions are not independent votes.
- 11 regional winners, 16 heat-challenge entries, and regional video links.
- 11 groups without a usable state retained below, outside the state-based census. These include chains, non-U.S. places and a grocery product.
Original Jon’s List retains 50 entries in its historical order. The National Census combines that seed, Sam’s visits, and state-assigned suggestions. Restaurant names and states provide provisional associations; this is not a verified list of 1,380 distinct operating branches. Aliases and unresolved location variants may remain.

How the New Evidence Changes Rankings
Custom presets use the expanded census. Sam’s meatiness score is rescaled by ×10 into the meatiness factor; texture, sauce, appearance and wing experience have separately labeled controls. Default custom weights include texture and sauce; appearance and overall experience start disabled. All can be disabled. These are one reviewer’s subjective grades, not objective measurements or crowd averages.
Texture is not treated as crispiness or juiciness. Sauce flavor is not treated as heat, sweetness or tang. A suggestion does not supply any of those values. Missing inputs stay unknown; the existing disclosed neutral-prior method applies only when at least one enabled factor is known.
Regional winners and heat challenges enrich profiles as source context. Heat ranks reflect recalled pain, not Scoville measurements. Regional awards are not converted into press scores.
Prices and the Economy
The spreadsheet does not supply comparable menu prices. Only the six existing menu observations enter wing-price and purchasing-power calculations. The larger census expands the denominator, not the price sample. The stock-market wing conversion and economics benchmark therefore retain their existing six-price basis. No new claim about chemistry, world economics or food security follows from these suggestions.

Trap Wingz is in Atlanta, Georgia. The inherited Jon 50 table incorrectly listed Las Vegas, Nevada; this was not a Sam spreadsheet error. The national and census records now use Atlanta. The original tasting branch is unresolved, so branch-specific review scores have not been transferred.

A consistency audit found no remaining exact-name state conflicts between the Jon seed and Sam visits or ATL records, and no mismatches between explicit market state abbreviations and stored state codes. This is not external verification of every census location; suggestions remain unverified.
Wing Science & Wingonomics
The shared database holds the national census, source visits, menu observations, review evidence, Atlanta search and social snapshots, annual inflation indices, stock quotes and crypto quotes. Rankings and economic conversions use a central calculation service. Each page retains the dates and limits of its sources.
Wing science covers evidence, preference fit, model estimates and ATL 10’s editorial, community, review, cultural, search-demand and social components. Wingonomics covers menu-price comparisons, inflation, purchasing power and financial assets expressed in wings. A larger restaurant census does not enlarge the expanded menu price sample.
